Quality assurance plan are prepared in accordance with specific requirements stated by customer and respective astm specifications. Mandatory and supplementary requirements are translated to special instructions and audits peformed during manufacture and inspection.
All MAITRI ENGGETCH products are tested in accordance to national and internationally recognized standards or our own more stringent internal test procedures, which is developed considering the harsh field conditions. Testing is performed in accordance with specification requirements. Test data is evaluated by QA DEPARTMENT and recorded in appropriate format. Supplementary test like radiography, ultrasonic, corrosion testion , DP test etc is done as per clients requirements.

MACHINING / DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION
All type of Flanges and fittings are checked for dimensional accuracy by using calibrated measuring instruments and suitable templates and catalogues. Necessary gauges and calipers are calibrated periodically to maintain accuracy.
FINISHING PAINTING & MARKING
Carbon and alloy steel fittings are shot blasted or pickled and painted as clients requirements.Stainless steel fittings are passivated and pickled. All fittings / flanges are marked with size, schedule, class ,type, specification and manufacture stamp.
Quality Control
A separate quality assurance / control department functions under the control of management , independent of production. The quality assurance department oversees all the important quality functions and peform the following activities.
MATERIAL CONTROL SYSTEMS
This systems quality of all incoming material and specification co-related with raw material test certificates of the material. The check and test are documented. The material is given internal control no. and same is recorded for future reference.PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS
During forming, forging, heat treatment and testing , process control system outlines inprocess checks and controls to be followed during heat treatment and testing.
